sheet
a peace of paper
white paper
blank and bendable
laws in words
words in texts
texts as rules
paper thin and smooth
light and agile
pressed, budding blossoming
white is white
finely wrinkled veins
pale as a speaking silence
of blue.

when I was still a child
a table with eight chinese men,
do I address them
seven with dark heavy glasses, one without
in the country of the blind men
three seated white-russian women
in the hall I saw five boys, resembling to crutches
everything like years ago
but this time it was just breakfast.

better now to give my pen a rest,

the couple with furrowed faces
walked hand in arm,
stabbed, in a quiet cadence
under fading leaves
on the faded sidewalk
along the rushing street
he with a blissful smile and snow-white hair
in a nice suit
she with tousled curls in black gray
a loyal faithful couple a warm pression came over me,
a lump in the mind
because this
was worthy autumn
